	The Crescent View Condominium complex, located at Crescent Bar, has three outdoor swimming pools, a wading pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, raquetball court, large grassy area for volleyball and a large grassy play yard in front of the complex with a shuffleboard court. Adjacient to the condominium's is a small retail complex offering casual food/espresso, sportswear for men and women, and an 18-hole putting course. A quarter mile away is a 9 hole golf course and driving range, a bar and grill, deli, espresso, ice cream and a sportswear shop.The marina and boat launch is between both areas
Living room	Unit C-117 is a two bedroom, one bath, air conditioned condo that sleeps four people. The condo has full-size appliances and is fully equipped like most modern homes. There is covered car parking and a common area for boat parking. The unit is nicely furnished and has a washer and dryer, all types of cooking equipment, utensils, 27" TV, VCR (movies in the unit), stereo, CD player and yard and swimming pool games/toys. There is lawn furniture and a barbecue on the patio. The large yard in front of the condo is great for relaxing or family fun.
Dining area & eating bar	To reserve your vacation time at unit C-117 at Crescent View Condominiums: Call for availablity and reservations. Mail a $150 damage deposit to John Hewitt, 17037 35th Ave NE, Seattle WA 98155 to reserve your dates. Two weeks before your reserved dates pay the balance of the rental fee to receive the condo keys in the mail. Deposit/reservation money is returned after the completion of your stay (minus the cleaning fee if stay is less than one week
